India and France sign MoU for the world’s largest Museum

India and France signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop the Yuga Yugeen Bharat National Museum, which will be the largest museum in the world.

Location:

 Historic North and South Blocks: The museum will be developed at the historic North and South Blocks in New Delhi.

Vision: Inspiration: Modeled on the Louvre in Paris, the museum aims to celebrate India's unbroken civilizational history.

Project Scope:

 Size: Approximately 1,55,000 square meters. Adaptive Reuse: The project will involve the adaptive reuse of the historic buildings, preserving their architectural heritage while creating a vibrant cultural space.
